De Koningh Advanced Technology, part of Conbit High Tech, in Arnhem, manufactures exclusively for third parties with a clear focus on precision mechanics, microtechnology and mechatronics. We serve companies from various industries, including semiconductor, laboratories, medical and measurement and control technology. You will end up in a company of 20 people where family values and human respect are of paramount importance.
This is what you're going to do
As a quality officer you ensure that the products meet the stated specifications and requirements. This applies to both our own produced products, but also to incoming goods. Is there a message that a product does not meet the quality requirements? Then you ensure that the situation is analyzed and you continue the process with the relevant department or supplier. You correctly register the cause and any improvement and start the further recovery or improvement process. In addition, you regularly check whether the parts are according to specifications using a 3D measuring machine, in order to guarantee the dimensions and quality of our products.
Main activities
- Carrying out both functional and visual quality checks;
- Registering and reporting any deviations;
- Analyze and advise on possible areas for improvement;
- Registering, adjusting, managing and recording points for improvement;
- Advising various departments and suppliers regarding observed complaints and/or deviations;
- Dimensioning of products;
- Assessing and checking products, in accordance with technical drawings and product specifications. This was done using a Wenzel 3D Measuring Machine
- Drawing up measurement reports;
- Registering, calibrating and repairing measuring tools;
- Maintaining the calibration system and performing the associated calibrations.
This is you
You have the knowledge of reading a technical drawing. You are familiar with shape and location tolerances, fits and roughness. You also have knowledge of metalworking, such as machining, material knowledge, surface treatment, tolerances, fitting system. We are also looking for someone who can check off the following points:
- You have completed a technical VMBO/MBO education and preferably a precision mechanical technical background;
- Experience with 3D measuring techniques (Wenzel Quartis) is an advantage;
- Knowledge of quality standards;
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 is an advantage;
- A good command of the Dutch language.
- A good command of the English and German language is an advantage.
