Who are we?
De Koningh Advanced Technology, part of Conbit High Tech, in Arnhem, manufactures exclusively for third parties with a clear focus on precision mechanics, microtechnology and mechatronics. We serve companies from various industries, including semiconductor, laboratories, medical and measurement and control technology. You will end up in a company of 20 people where family values and human respect are of paramount importance.
This is what you're going to do
As a CNC turner, you provide the necessary semi-finished products and end products for our internal organization and our customer. These products are often precision-made and their size fits in a shoe box.
Quality is paramount, it is important that tolerances are achieved according to the drawings supplied by the customer. In addition, a keen eye on the required solution is desirable to determine whether the proposed route to manufacture is the correct one.
Main activities
- Programming CNC machine;
- Setting up a CNC machine;
- Operating a CNC machine;
- Assessing drawings;
- Manufacturing the products according to drawing;
- Assessing manufactured products.
This is you
- You master the Dutch language, spoken and written.
The following is not applicable for a turner in training:
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a turner;
- Programming is an advantage;
- You are able to program and set up machines independently;
- Familiarity with Fanuc running is an advantage;
- You are fascinated by CNC turning;
- You can work independently and dare to take responsibility;
- You work in an organized, orderly and neat manner;
- You are motivated and get satisfaction from delivering perfectly finished products.
